Garment Development

Integrated textile and garment development from concept to production — pattern engineering, sampling, fit optimization, and bulk manufacturing under one roof.

Textile Development Aligned to Your Production Goals

Textile Development Aligned to Your Production Goals

Textile development is the foundation of every great garment. From fibre selection and yarn sourcing to weaving, knitting, and finishing, we manage the entire textile supply chain under one roof.

We partner with fashion labels, exporters, and product brands to develop custom textiles that meet specific quality, performance, and sustainability requirements. Small-batch trials through commercial production, delivered with consistency.

Materials & Capabilities

Our eco-printing practice draws on a rich palette of natural materials—each one contributing unique colours, textures, and patterns to the fabric.

Our Process

Every naturally dyed fabric goes through a thoughtful process that combines traditional craftsmanship, botanical knowledge, and responsible textile practices.

01

Raw Material Selection

We source premium natural fibres—organic cotton, linen, hemp, and silk—along with plant-based dye materials like indigo, madder root, pomegranate rind, and myrobalan from regenerative farms across India.

02

Fabric Preparation

Fabrics are scoured and mordanted using natural mineral salts to prepare the fibres for dye absorption. This critical step ensures colour fastness and even penetration without any synthetic chemicals.

03

Dye Bath Preparation

Our master dyers prepare traditional dye baths using hand-ground botanicals. Each plant material is processed according to its unique characteristics—some fermented, some simmered, some cold-extracted over days.

04

Artisanal Dyeing

Fabrics are immersed, turned, and tended by hand in small batches. Dyers monitor temperature, pH, and timing with inherited precision, building colour layer by layer through repeated immersion cycles.

05

Finishing & Quality Check

Dyed fabrics are washed in clean water, dried in open shade, and finished naturally. Each batch is inspected for colour consistency, fastness, and handle before being approved for delivery.
